Media Grid

A media grid section typically refers to a customizable section on your online store's homepage or other pages where you can display a series of banners in a grid layout.

This section often consists of images (like promotional banners, product advertisements, or sale notifications) or videos arranged in a grid pattern, allowing you to present multiple pieces of content in a visually appealing and organized manner.

We also used grid layout for this section like Mega menu dropdown layout. By using grid layout config, you can build many different Media Grid types.

Setting Up the Media Grid Section

1. Navigate to the Theme Editor: From your Shopify admin dashboard, go to Online Store and click on Themes. Find the Nova theme and click Customize.

2. Add the Media Grid Section: In the Theme editor sidebar, click Add section. Scroll to and select the Media Grid section.

3. Add Media block: Once the section is added, you can set the number of Media blocks:

1. Section settings: You can add content such as a 'title,' 'short description,' and a 'view more' button, and adjust the column settings to build the layout:

1. Media Item block settings: For each media item you may be able to add content such as images, videos, icons, text, a button, or even links to your products or collections. Click on each media item to add and customize its content.

1. Preview and Save: Use the Theme editor's preview feature to see how the section will appear on your live site. Make any necessary adjustments, and once satisfied, click Save to apply the changes.
