Image Hotspot

Allows you to create interactive images where users can hover or click on specific areas (hotspots) to reveal more information or content. It's a great way to make your product images more engaging an

Basically, the settings and configurations for this section are similar to the , except that it does not have a video selector; instead, it has a selector for hotspots.

Setting Up the Image Hotspot Section

  1. Navigate to the Theme Editor: From your Shopify admin dashboard, go to Online Store and click on Themes. Find the Nova theme and click Customize.

  2. Add the Image Hotspot Section: In the Theme editor sidebar, click Add section. Scroll to and select the Image Hotspot section.

  3. Add Image block: Once the section is added, you can set the number of Image blocks:

  1. Image Item block settings: For each image item you may be able to add content such as images, videos, icons, text and hotspots. Click on each image item to add and customize its content:

  1. Preview and Save: Use the Theme editor's preview feature to see how the section will appear on your live site. Make any necessary adjustments, and once satisfied, click Save to apply the changes.
